The Shop

The Frame Room in Fell’s Point has many choices for frames, glass, mounting, etc. Here are a few straightforward options if you prefer a one-stop shop.

The Frames

Two options: Standard Black or Tuxedo Series. Both are sleek and not ornate. Standard Black is completely flat; the Tuxedo Series has a fine bevel etched along the frame.

The Glass

Two options: Conservation Clear® offers 99% UV protection, which is perfect for any artwork that may be exposed to direct sunlight or florescent lights. It does not offer any glare reduction. UltraVue® provides 70% UV protection with significant glare reduction. If you’re hanging artwork out of direct sunlight but near other light sources, which may cause reflections, you’ll want UltraVue®.

The Process

Select the print of your choice, then add a frame to the same order. When selecting a frame, choose the print size and frame/glass combination from the dropdown menu. Don’t worry about calculating frame/mat/print sizes. Small and medium prints typically come with a 1.5” mat and 1-1.5” frame. Large prints come with a 2” mat and 1.5-2” frame.

An example of a final product:

8x12” print + 1.5” mat + 1” frame = 13x17” footprint (approximately).

The Discount

All prices listed here represent a 20% discount from in-store purchases at The Frame Room. Must be ordered at the same time as a print. Orders for frames alone will be cancelled and refunded.

Delivery

Local pickup is available at The Frame Room.

Shipping a framed print may incur an additional fee and will be billed separately. Feel free to contact with questions.
